Advantages of this type of agglomerator over other systems:

1. a single machine to obtain valuable material from waste, from scraps to granulate

2. there is virtually no limit to the moisture content - of course, throughput will be affected.

3. It can be used as a highly efficient drying system for LDPE LLDPE HDPE films after washing (energy consumption is much lower and material comes out very dry).

4. Degassing is much more efficient, thanks to the extractor hood, making it more suitable for printed products.

5. Virtually any size of waste can be processed, PE FILM, BAGS, SHEETS (we recommend shortening long fibers and reducing the size of woven PP, which is particularly resistant, to optimize production).

6. This machine can be started and stopped without preheating, making it ideal for sporadic batches.

7. Spare parts costs are very low compared to other systems.

8. Knives can be sharpened several times before needing to be replaced.

9. The inner coating lasts a long time. Of course, this all depends on the materials processed.

10.Contamination from other materials (except stones and large metal parts) is well tolerated.
